8/30-9/2: BBW Labor Day Weekend Bash!! (Bedford, MA)
Multiple Events - Friday Aug 30th to Mon Sep 2nd

For those who need an overnight room (not required to attend), please book asap as our first few blocks of rooms sold out, and we just added the last that the hotel has left to sell! Please call 781-275-5500 and ask for the Heavenly Bodies $79 rate.
Below you can review the full bash weekend schedule. Please note that each nightly event is $20 and is payable at the door. If you pay for all three events on Friday night in advance, you can save $10 by paying $50 for the entire bash or you may PayPal $50 to hjnpugs @ gmail.com along with the name(s) you are pre-registering. The Hospitality Room is complimentary for those who are attending one or more events during the weekend. The Swap is free to attend, although you must bring a gift to swap in order to participate.

6:00pm-10:00pm Early Bird Games Room Gathering
Coming in early to get a head start on the fun? Join us in the Hospitality Suite for some low-key mingling, and join in on a game of Scrabble or Cards Against Humanity or other game of your choice! If you've been to bashes before, this is a good time to get your friends together to catch up before things get crazy. If you're new, this is a fantastic way to get to know people! There are always friendly people around!
10:30pm-1:00am Late Night Private Hot Tub & Pool Party
Not only is the pool at this hotel amazing, but there's even a hot tub! It's starting to cool off in New England, so our swimming opportunities are becoming scarce, but both the pool and the hot tub are indoors, so you don't have to worry about the weather! This is a body-positive swim environment, so don't be shy! Just remember that the hotel requires that you wear proper swim attire--no bra and panties or boxer briefs! So dust off that fatkini and join us for a swim!
Saturday - August 31st
2:00pm-6:00pm Afternoon Games Room - Open For Mingling & Board Games
Here's another opportunity for game room fun! When there's downtime, the Hospitality Suite is usually the go-to gathering place for anyone who wants to hang out, so stop in and play some Apples to Apples or even something nerdier. You'll usually find at least a few people chatting or playing cards, so drop in and say hello!
9:00pm-2:00am Saturday Night Nightclub Dance Party - DJ Tony D
This is the party you've been waiting for! Because we had to cancel our Memorial Day weekend event, the anticipation for this bash is huge. This dance is sure to be one of our busiest all year! DJ Tony D will be playing all of your favorites, and don't forget to make requests! He'll play whatever will get you on the dance floor, so wear good shoes and be ready to move! But be sure to get there early to make sure you get a table! It's sure to be standing room only by the end of the night! **There may also be a special guest performance by Josh Max, we are still sorting this out.**
Sunday - September 1st
1:00pm-2:00pm End-of-Summer Swap!
Who says you can't enjoy a Yankee Swap any time of the year? If you've never heard of the Yankee Swap, you may call it White Elephant or Dirty Santa. Basically all you have to do is bring a wrapped gift that is worth between $20 and $30. Once we've gathered all of the gifts, we'll draw numbers to see who gets to pick from the pile of goodies first. Whoever draws #1 chooses a gift and unwraps it, and then #2 does the same. This is where it gets interesting: player #2 can then choose to keep the gift she chose OR she can steal the gift that #1 got! This continues on down the line with each person choosing a gift from the pile, unwrapping it, and then choosing to either keep that prize or switch with anyone else who has gone before. Once everyone has had a turn, the person who chose first, lucky #1, has the opportunity to switch gifts with any other player! This is a super fun, funny game, and everyone leaves with a gift! All who bring a gift are welcome to participate! Make your gift funny or clever or interesting or tasty, just make sure it's worth between $20 and $30!

It's so fun getting up there and singing your heart out, but plenty of people just come to listen and enjoy the show, too! Plus, after 10:00 DJ Win will switch over to your favorite dancing tunes! Come dance the night away with us one more time before the weekend is over!
Monday - September 2nd
2:00pm Farewell Lunch Gathering
We will be gathering for lunch either at the hotel or a local restaurant to say our farewells. This is a pay for what you order event, but we need a headcount, so if you'd like to join us, please RSVP via email to ash @ superbbw.com
