Hi everyone. I have lurking around the boards for quite awhile but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for me on this -
I got a job today that requires me to stand around 9 or 10 hours a day. I have had a desk job for the past 3 years, and even though I used to stand a lot before that, and know I'll get used to it again, I also know that the first few weeks will be murder on my legs.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep the aches down to a minimum? Would pressure wraps or anything help?
Thanks,
Chingly
