My brother is getting married in Cancun in February and I want to look fabulous! The bride's family is rich and thin and I want to be able to look like I belong. I am a size 4x-5x (depending on the company and type of clothing item) and would love something that looks fabulous and covers my fat upper arms. Any help would be IMMENSELY appreciated!!

FYI: I am 27.
