I have a can of Green Giant Leseur (not sure that's spelled right) that I cooked to go with my salmon and it tastes a little funny. I'm not sure if that's because they are bad, or if it's just been a while since I've had canned peas (I love fresh). They make the labeling such that it's now impossible to tell when something has expired; it wasn't dented or swollen, though. I think I may have bought it around Thanksgiving of last year. Anyone have any ideas, or know how to break the code for when it expires? There's nothing that makes any sense to me as far as an expiration date.
