Help - US to UK translation required!

Hello Ladies,

I need some help...

We're making a wedding dress for a bride and a Mother of the Bride outfit for her Mum. The Mother of the Bride wants a headband with a crystal and feather decoration - here in the UK this item is called a 'Fascinator' and the prices are shockingly high.

I need to shop some international sites but google only seems to turn up UK ones, which leads me to think that they must be called something else by the rest of the world.

Any suggestions what I should be searching for?
