Dimensions' loiterer
My wife has been buying her bras for the last year or so at a higher end lingerie store, and has been especially happy with the "Empreinte" brand bras (from, of all places, France). The last time she bought one the store gave her a catalog, so it occured to me if they went to sizes of much interest to Dimensions folk, and I saw that some styles go to 48F and 46G.

There is a page on the site where you can find what retail stores carry the brand in your country (there seem to be a fair number, but I'm sure they aren't convenient to everyone). And yes, these are expensive bras (on some days, given my wife's mostly very casual dressing, that her bra cost more than the rest of the clothes she is wearing put together), but the ones my wife bought have held up perfectly under extensive wear, so I think the approach would be to consider buying this sort of thing as an investment
