I am a weee bit of a crafts nerd. I love shopping at Michaels, Fabric Depot, yes Jen... even JoAnns.
I saw these hats on Etsy and I liked the idea of them, but the ones I saw were kind of fugly IMO. And I wasn't about to pay 42 dollars for one either. So I found out where they sold the hats, bought like 10, went to burlington coat factory and bought bundles of headbands for $1.99 each and made my own.
This is the first one I saw on Etsy for 42 dollars (plus shipping).
This is the one I made tonight for no more than 6 dollars.
So I figured if anyone else is into making anything artsy, like paintings, clothes, crafts, jewelry or anything, you can post it here for all of us to look at.
