Today Ian Tomlinson's death was found by the inquest jury to be an "unlawful killing due to unreasonable force".. Three cheers for the jury! 
(remember - no jury, no justice!)
There's a lot of us in the Unfree Kingdom who are waiting with baited breath to see whether this will actually lead to a successful prosecution of the TSG copper Simon Harwood who attacked Tomlinson from behind. Ian was obeying police orders in a completely passive fashion, had his hands in his pockets and his head bowed.
Will they actually send a Praetorian to jail? Could it be?
