How do I stop all e-mails without disabling my profile?

To hopefully anyone who can lend a helpful hand...

My inbox is overflowing with work e-mails lately and as such the glut of messages that I get from dimensions are sufficiently clogging up my inbox. Is there anyway I can just turn off all e-mail notifications? Or do I have to remove my profile altogether?

I don't really want to do the latter, but I do want these to stop... particualrly when I'm still getting messages from a thread I posted on weeks ago.
