A half full kinda girl
Ok so I have been in charge of cooking the Turkey for the past couple of years I have been watching food network trying to get some ideas on how to make it better this year. Frying is out because I live in an apartment, I was thinking about using a brine again I did that one year and it turned out well. I was wondering how some of my seasoned Turkey making veterens made thier's moist and delicious somebody out their has to have the trick.
Oh and does anyone cook thiers breast down I heard this is a good way but how would you go about fliping it without getting burnt or dropping the bird?
Thanks guys I appreciate it.
