OK, I have a small problem. One of our nextdoor neighbors has two dogs that bark ALL the time, and they leave them out almost ALL the time. Across the street is another dog that barks at anyone, anytime.

Our realtor was here yesterday, and the dogs happened to ALL be barking at the same time (lol)....he said I need to speak to my neighbors diplomatically, to see if they will keep the dogs inside when he is showing the house. He said if the potential buyers are dog owners it probably won't matter. But if they're not, he said it can turn them off from buying my house.

I'm not a dog owner, so is there any good way to approach them in a way they won't feel offended? My husband suggested using "the Madea Method" but hey, I'm an animal lover. :)
