Economy-1. Trying but failing miserably.
Housing-0. Foreclosures/short sales/distressed sales skyrocketting.
Employment-0. Up to 40% in some cities.
International relations-0. Embarrassing apologist.
Taking out American citizen Muslim terrorists hiding in foreign countries-10. GREAT job! LOVED the drone!

Defense-0. Five domestic Muslim terrorist attacks in his first 15 months.
Homeland Security-1. Absolutely his worst, most miserable failure of all.
Citizen Confidence-2. Some of his sheep still like him.
Abortion-0. He supports killing babies as they're born. (Partial-birth abortion.)
Character-2. His newest scandal involves a gay lover.
Integrity-2. His list of friends/associates reads like a who's-who of scoundrels.
Social Security-0. Broke/bankrupt.
Healthcare-0. Americans will pay out the ass for his takeover.
Education-2. Kids failing/dropping out at record rates.
