My mum went to the Cordon Bleu in London and specialized (sp?) in french pastries, and she actually interned in the Royal Kitchen.
Needless to say, but I am one big spoiled brat when it comes to my baked goods and cakes. I love cakes to death- put any sort in front of me and I'll gobble it up-, so much that my nickname with my friends is actually Cake.
