I mean that metaphorically, not literally, since I've never actually felt poop. I started getting sick on Monday afternoon and have been sick all week. My temperature has been as high as 102 and as low as 96. And things were really busy at work so I did a lot of overtime and even worked on Saturday. Now I have this really great headache, too.
