well so far it works great on my system. i dont really lag that much except in towns. my pc specs is

3gigs of ram
and a 9800pro vid card.
and some people thought my card couldnt handle the game.
its doing pretty good.
now its time to promote my BBW warrior mod idea for the game.
with the oblivion engine BBWs would look sweet as hell if done by the right person that can use 3DSmax 7.
