I have always lived a fulfilling enough life, but in the last several months, my quality of life has gone down hill. I won't get into all of the details, but essentially my body was revolting and starting to shut down. As I need drastic help and do not have anyone in my life to help me, I have decided to go ahead with a mid band surgery. I am in the process of it, and my mind is made up, but I wonder now, where do I go? There are support groups for the other types of wls, but I have not found one that is a good fit regarding the band. I am hopeful that someone on here would be willing to point me in the right direction. I will need support and as of now, I do not have it so I must find it myself.
