Heads up, ice cream lovers! If you haven't heard, there's a company named Palapa Azul making Mexican-style ice cream, and it makes Ben and Jerry's look like skim milk! They make four flavors: flan, Mexican chocolate, caramel (which I suspect is dulce de leche), and sweet corn. I've only had the Mexican chocolate, but it's excellent: slightly grainy, with a hint of cinnamon. At their website, www.palapaazul.com, you can look up the nearest store that sells it. Bon appetit!
