I seem to be cursed with the worst metabolism of all time.
I have always been incredibly slender. (Right now some of you might be wondering why I am on this forum right now!! But hear me out please.) I am 5'6" and right now at my HIGH WEIGHT of 130 lbs and wearing a size 2.
Although I don't "hate" my body I would definitely like to change it just to be happier with myself!! My ideal situation would be to get up to about a size 12 or better, but more realistically I would like to be a size 8-10.
I have been trying to gain weight for about 5 years now, and have gone to almost drastic measures. I have tried the following things: starting smoking then quitting (I lost weight while smoking then only went back to my pre-smoking weight), severely dieting (almost starvig for a week)then going back to normal eating (didn't work), and my latest measure: extreme binge eating.
For the past 2 months, I have been religiously eating the following every day. Some of you may not believe this but please try::
4 or 5 cheeseburgers
5 chocolate milkshakes (a doctor told me they are incredibly rich in calories)
2 mayonnaise sandwiches on whie bread (I LOVE mayo, it's extremely fatty and I heard white bread goes right to the tummy)
a regular-size bag of Doritoes
2 cups of heavy cream (also very fatty)
4 candy bars
A pint of Cookie Dough ice cream
Through all this I have only managed to gain 10 pounds. In 2 months!!
How do some of you Gainers manage to get so much bigger while eating this much? Please help. I really admire all of you BBWs and SSBWs and look at your pictures and stories for inspiration all the time!!!
