Im kinda interested in this guy I've know for at least 10 years now. He moved to another state a few years ago, but is back in the area.

He's one of my brother's close friends. They met in junior high and have been buds ever since. Hung out all through high school, which means he was at my house quite a lot. My brother is 6 years older than me, so when they and all the other guys, were crazy teenagers, I was the annoying little sister that was always asking questions and threatening to tell on them when they were up to no good (which was ALL THE TIME! :p). However, this particular friend was always super nice to me and my friends.

My brother was visiting this past week, and we ran into this friend. He gave me a huge hug and I about died, mostly cause I looked (and probably smelled) like a hobo. I was just with my bro, we went to a movie... I didnt feel like showering... so what!

Later that night my brother invited me to go out with them and I said "Are you sure you want your annoying baby sister coming along?" His friend was so sweet and said he was glad I was going with them :wubu:

My brother was pretty popular in the area I live in. Being a star basketball player at a small high school means my brother is known by all the teacher, and being the trouble-making partier that he was means all the students knew him. All through high school I got "Are you D's sister?". YES. I AM.

But Im also a person myself, with my own real name, my own personality and my own accomplishments. And im not little anymore!

This guy just moved into a new place and he said he was gonna have a big party. I want to go, but i want to show him and everyone else that Im not the bratty younger sister of that wicked awesome basketball player.

HOW?
