I'm at that age where my back goes out more often than I do, 72 years as of Oct. 1, thank you, and counting. However, my roughly biennial back episode chose to appear this year just before my birthday. So part of our weekend activities involves shopping for a new mattress, or mattresses, maybe box springs, and maybe bed frames.
We're looking for advice from the community. What have you used, what are some specific anatomical considerations for you, what has been comfortable, what has been durable, what has been your experience of retailers and manufactures, and anything else you care to add.
