So I've been lurking for a while now, and I finally decided to post :happy:
My whole life I've been wanting to gain weight, although up until ~2 years ago I've been underweight. Now at 6ft and 170 I'm actually on track. My goal is to reach 250-300. The questions I have for anyone interested are such:
How can I best contribute to this forum?
How fast is "too fast"? I've been going about 1500 calories per day over (according to MYFITNESSPAL) and I know that's above most dietary reccomendations.
Anyone here in Texas?
