Well, these past few months have been very hard. I have had to study my ass off and pass the Life in the UK test as they have moved it up in the course of things from when you apply to Citizenship to when you apply for settlement. I am crap at remembering things, but somehow, I got through it with flying colours ON MY FIRST TIME!! :d
After that, my application had to be sent off with documents from the last 2 years from each address with BOTH OF OUR NAMES on it. This stuff is difficult to come by as in the UK not a lot of utilites let you have more than one name on it.
Well after 2.5 months of stressing and worring and thinking about worst case scenarios, this morning, I GOT MY VISA!!!!! I am now allowed to stay in the UK as long as I want or need to. HURRAH!!!!!
Immigration is difficult, I can see why people jump fences and cross rivers. I am totally legit and it was extremely difficult.
