2. A phobia (phobic response), is an intense irrational fear, a strong emotional reaction or response to something
--------------------------------------------------------------
Did I leave the iron on?
Is someone behind the drapes?
OMG! Not clowns!!
For me - it's about our cats. I have a fear that one of them has managed to sneak in while I'm loading the clothes dryer, so before I turn it on after loading, I must cruise the house and visualize each beast. I also have a fear that whenever I leave the house, one of them has managed to, with lightening speed and near-invsibility, sneak out and run into the road. I have to eyeball each one as I close the door, or I just can't leave.
So... your turn. Got any irrational fears or phobias?
