I swear to God he is High ALL THE TIME serious! I had enough stoner roommates in college, and had to listen to enough late night discussions about what was better 'The Wall' or 'Dark Side' or the 'Cheez wiz' vs Velveeta debates...anyway I digress
Everytime I hear him give a speech now It's like watching my college days all over. The Big secret is where he keeps his stash. (Does he get a presidential Bong?) and COME ON you know he is watching Rin and Stimpy before he comes out to the podium.
Still don't believe me next time he speaks about anything anywhere just watch him Look Closely very close and you will see that 'I am lost in the 40 acre wood vacant pooh like stare' His voice might be saying 'Iraq must not breakout in a civil war' But you know his Mind is back in the 40 acre woods,and what he really is thinking is 'God Damn I want a Chalupa' :doh:
