Point being, losing weight for health reasons is a good thing (although in Star Jones' case I'm sure it was for image and career reasons), but one has to assume whatever method Ms. Jones employed to lose that weight was really not the best method. The woman looks YEARS older than what she formerly looked like, her body looks weak, and she often looks in pain. If anyone here flips on "The View" every once in a while as I do, you'll see Jones holding her body as if she's either constipated or just really, really weak. And not only that but she suddenly looks years older than that abundant effervescent woman she once was.

My point isn't to heartlessly slam Star Jones, my point is solely to point out that she's a result of someone who clearly wasn't wise in HOW she lost weight. Personally, I suspect she went on some scary crash diet, but mostly I suspect she did so without exercising since it's VERY important to tone your body during the weight loss process, and her present body has ZERO tone to it. She looks small, frail, older and in pain instead of lean, strong, youthful and healthy.

I look at our very own SirenSong, Lady Rose and even Oprah, and these are women that look just as lovely having lost the weight as they were with it on. They're beautiful (although Oprah had a little bit of help with a million dollar fitness and diet crew). So why does Star look as if someone literally sucked the life out of her??
