In response to my post about talking to school officials, (which I posted in places other than this) a friend sent me the following:
Russell,
My company was bought out, and we had to attend the orientation for the
new company (same job, different company - gotta love contract work!)
Anyway, as part of this orientation we had to watch cheesy videos, one
about sexual harassment and the other about general harassment in
the workplace. Much to my surprise, SIZE was included in the list! One
of the guys was a fat guy, and they showed a co-worker throwing out
fat jokes right and left, and how uncomfortable it made him, and how
this was wrong. I wanted to stand up and cheer. It was wonderful.
For what it's worth, the company is SI-INTL, and their website is
