Our special ordered Dodge one ton 4x4 quad cab diesel finally arrived & I gave my 17 year old Cummins to my son.
The newly designed 6.7L Cummins starting Jan. 2007, is a great deal quieter than the old truck. I miss the distinctive diesel engine sound but Ris doesn't miss it at all.
Even though the engineers did everything to quieten the Cummins you still hear the faint whistle of the turbo & the factory exhaust brake sounds just like a quiet semi 'jake brake'. Music to a my ears.:wubu: Don't ask me to explain ladies, it's a man thing.
With a variable geometry turbo for fast turbo spool up (no turbo lag), new 6 speed auto trans, 350 hp with 650 lbs of torque this big bad truck hauls ass! Good thing I ordered a limited slip rear differential.
You guys have seen the car magazines with Swedish blonde bikinied models posing to show off the cars, right? Well if you want to see a beautiful SSBBW California blonde bikinied model displaying the new 2007 Dodge Cummins, you'll have to join the Club House.
