First you start eating more and more because your stomach is stretching and feel hungry more often.

When you eat more than you can consume you are starting to gain weight. When you gain weight quickly you become more and more winded during physical activities and become tired more easily.

You are starting to get lazy and avoid doing things that makes you feel tired. This encourages even more weight gain because less calories are burned during day.

When your stomach is stretching bigger and bigger companied to laziness you start sleeping more. After finishing huge dinner you noticed you are getting tired and needing a nap. Yet another great method to turn those extra calories into fat. Life is sweet isn't it :D

Sorry about poor grammar. Clock is around 4:00 Am and I have insomnia. Just writing my thoughts.
