I have missed this place a LOT.
I was wondering if anybody missed me?
The boys' Mother has been home and she has used the computer quite a lot. Her parenting skills quote "suck." I find it either liberating to be visiting my wife at her work place, busying myself at work, or sleeping in longer so that my body can heal from the stiffness and general aches and pains due to the previous evening of hard laborous factory work.
My current job
It pays pretty mediocre pay. The amount of actual physical work IMO doesn't adequately balance out to what I read on the paycheck. Plus, I am hired through a temp agency which gets payed some sorta dividend that I don't even get the chance to read from the paycheck stub. I have to give them a 5 day notice if I ever want to use their services for finding another job.
For the past week or so I've only had one chance to post or read what's been
going on here. The temp factory job that is quite tiresome/stressful that I plan on seeing if I can work fewer hours for or quitting. I really don't want to quit but more than likely that'll happen.
I've been trying to get a Nursing Assistant job ever since I moved to the state of Minnesota in "mid" November. And I am continuing to try. Plus, my wife and her friend (both who are Nursing Assistants) are trying to help me out as well.
Very soon I hope to get a better paying job and hopefully one that is at least slightly less stressful. My wife and I will be moving out shortly. We've been looking for apartments (something small and affordable for the two of us.)
I really hope that I get a better job soon. The money that I've made from the factory job has at least helped pay for a busted tail light to be repaired. My wife and I finally got our Minnesota license plates (front and back) required by law. Now, we have to study for the Minnesota written driving test so that we can get our Minnesota Driver's License.
Oh Yeah...
and.... good news for me is that I'll be glad to be posting and reading more frequently starting Sunday or Monday.
Thanks for those who read this post or missed me.
Sincerely,
Jeff (Swamptoad)
