The physical therapist has now cleared Louise for walking up and down the front steps. This means that she is basically no longer dependent on others to get to the front sidewalk. We have two scooters, a hovercraft for inside the house and a rascal for outside the house. Now Louise can walk to the porch, go down the steps, get into the car, and I can take her various places out of the back of the automobile, Louise gets on, and away she goes. And, even more importantly, she can walk from the car to the steps, up the steps, and into the house.
She is in much better shape now than she was last year at the Nashville gathering and we are registered for the NAAFA convention at the end of July.
