Juana Villegas was forced to give birth in police custody while shackled to a bed. She's not the only one to suffer such indignities.

My opinion is that if someone is GIVING BIRTH that they should be allowed to, FREE OF CUFFS... I mean I was in jail almost three months and shackled whilst in the transport van across the USA, but, wow, this woman was in LABOR!!!
