Two words.
All inclusive.
Went across to turkey for a week to stay at the hotel Atlantis in belic. And its probley one of the best weeks ive had in ages. The hotel was excelent. The staff there friendly. Being all inclusive, i expected alot of restrictions, like you could only drink certin stuff, eat etc.
Not a chance. There was at least 1 bar always open, no matter the time of day. And i was drinking everything from beer, to bloody marys, bailys and whisky.
And since we had payed £600 for this already, you just walked to the bar asked for what you wanted and got it. So i acutally came back with more money than i went with. A little of this was because i won £60 on a fishing trip we did though
But now for the bit your interested. The food was amazing. It was a buffet style thing open 24 hours, but with peek hours at the major meal times where breakfest stuff turned into lunch etc.
There was spit roast pig, sword fish, lobster one night, we are talking really amazing food, and you could eat as much or as little as you want. I went with a group of 19 lads, and i would say everyone one of us was having 3 or for dishes each and then desert must night. By end of holiday it was hardwork getting into jeans we came out on. So between all the drinking and eating i would say not one of us manged to not gain any weight.
I actually now fit snuggly in a pair of shorts i took with me that had room to spare when i went out. Makes me wonder what size we would have came back if we had been there for 2 weeks.
So if anyone wants to see some pretty defo BHM weight gain, i would look into book atlantis next year. We are already thinking of going back again.
