Well, not so much the front, but my nephew, assigned by the Navy to a base in Afghanistan, has told his mother, my sister-in-law, that he is URGENT need of two essential things: a pillow and sheets!!

WTF!!!! He's over there, defending are freedoms - have to use the Conservative/Teabagging line sometimes - and he has to PURCHASE them from the on-base store, run by a Halliburton subsidiary?? WHY?!!!

From his letters and phone calls, it's "Business as usual", been like that since day one, with GW! Seems that the Pentagon is like the National Football League: Common sense is an oxymoron!!

Why do they have to PAY for them? Why aren't they free? And to top it off, they are EXPENSIVE!!! He makes shit for pay - thanks Republicans! - has shit for after-service benefits - Thanks John McCain!! - and now has to pay for basics?

Oh yeah, get out your fucking flags NeoCons and spin this to make Obama look bad!!! Make it his fault, not the ORIGINATOR, the chicken-hawks GW Bush and Dead-eye Dick!!
