I'm always on the lookout for new potato chips to try. I love some of the weird ones they come out with. Pickle flavor chips anyone?
I just discovered these new Pepper Relish chips and had to try them. To me they taste like a combination of a salt & vinegar chip and a honey BBQ chip. I like them. They have a tangy flavor. :eat2:
Anyone else try them? If you did, what did you think of the flavor?
There is a recipe for Pepper Relish on the back of the bag. I guess the chip is supposed to taste like the relish.
Pepper Relish
1 1/4 cups diced red bell pepper
3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup white sugar
Pinch of chopped garlic
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
