I find myself wondering if I am unusual for feeling deprived because I had no Thanksgiving leftovers today. Since we went out to eat, in my fridge there is no turkey carcass, no stuffing, no potatoes, no nuthin!

So I hit the grocery store and bought a rotiserie turkey breast and some fixin's. Came home, tore the skin off the breast, sliced off some meat, and just dug in. Didn't even bother with the sides. I was "eat-horny" for turkey (as BB would say).

Finished it off with some pumpkin pie. Now I am happy :)

So, do you have leftovers? If not, do you wish you did? And if so, what do you do with them? Do you repeat your Thanksgiving meal? or make sandwiches? or casserole? or soup? Do tell!
