So, I have had a lot going on in my life lately.
I have been a nanny with the same family for the last year and a half, and recently they decided to enroll the kids in daycare, cue to her husband starting his own home business. So that left with no more job.
I was given 6 weeks of pay in severence. I took, a huge chunk of that money and finished paying off a $13,000 debt I had accrued. It felt good to have that last little bit (2600) paid off. Although I hated parting with the money.
I interviewed several familys, and have now secured a new job that starts July 9th.
I finally registered for classes to start my first year of college. At almost 28. Im so excited.
So its going to be exciting for me, being debt free, starting a new job, AND starting college. I am excited and scared to death.
