Hi yall,

Well, I promised to let you know after I had my initial session with my life coach, and I just have to say it was AWESOME. He didn't say a word about me being fat and we worked on some things I have been wanting to work on for a while. He also taught me self-hypnosis.

If anyone wants the name of a life coach in Austin, PM me and I will let you know:)
