After much begging, pleading, and promising to do things I shant discuss here 
, Sandie made a batch of her famous lasagne for our dinner tonight.

Here's how it looked as we took it out of the oven. She made it in our stainless steel turkey roasting pan, which will give you an idea of how big this is. It contains three packages of lasagne noodles, four pounds of ricotta, two pounds of mossarells, and two large jars of Prego Pasta Sauce. Plus basic, parmesan cheese, and a few miscellanous things. I figure it must have weighed between ten and twelve pounds.
And it tastes as good as it looks!!!!
