Looking for recipes for Queso dip!

I ate at Chevy's lastnight and was reminded that hands down, their queso dip is my absolute favorite. I've never been able to match it at home with Velveeta and assorted other cheeses and ingredients and unfortunately, copykat.com does not have their recipe. So I'm looking to you all - can you share your recipes for queso dip? I'm anxious to try some new recipes at home and perhaps if I'm lucky, something will move me the way Chevy's does.
