I need some input from you guys on a dish I would like to make. I haven't seen anyone make or serve this before and I am really intrigued by the idea.
I bounced the idea off a few folks in chat last night and it went over like a lead balloon. Here's the blueprint I have so far:
Lasagna noodles
Grated mozzorella, maybe parmesean or smoked provolone , too.
An alfredo sauce, definitely on the spicy side, and...
crawfish tails.
Does it sound good? Disgusting? What should I add?
PS. If anyone is wondering why in the hell I came up with crawfish its because we are in crawfish season here in southeast Texas.
