Keeping it real and simple, just sign up for youtube if you haven't already, plugin your webcam and microphone, or create a slide show video and respond to the following video - and YOUR video response will be featured on sizepositivetv.com during our celebration on October the 15th. These videos will remain in our rotation throughout the month of October. But hurry! The deadline for uploading is October 14th at noon EST. **This is not a contest, it is a virtual party in honor of the amazing human body, yours, mine, and all!
