I made meatloaf today, and thought I'd ask y'all - what about it?
How do you like yours? Sauces on top? use any secret ingredients? do you have a really different recipe?

I had a friend in school whose mom managed to get a peeled egg in the center of hers ( I still don't know how she did it).
An old boyfriend wouldn't eat it unless it was swimming in barbeque sauce. I've never tried baking them in the cupcake pan portions, how would you get good slices for sandwiches then?

I love the stuff straight out of the oven, with real mashed potatoes and some gravy on top, with a green veggie or two.
I adore meatloaf sandwiches, with ketchup and maybe a thin slice of onion. :eat2:
I make mine out of 80/20 ground beef, with fresh breadcrumbs, worchestershire sauce, an egg or two, salt, pepper and parsley, baked about an hour in a 350 oven in a roasting pan.

How about your meatloaf? or do you only like Meatloaf when he sings?
