Just wanted to say thanks to all of our troops...past & present for risking their lives for us & keeping us free! Prayers going out to all! Hope everyone one else had a great, family day with a huge bbq or equally yummy meal. We had bbq brisket, with rolls to make a sandwhich, corn on the cob, red potato salad, fruit punch...and of course watermelon! YUM YUM! Tried not to over do, been doing great in the pool, walking 3-5 days a week but still struggling with meals at home. And just because im not selling clips anymore, dont forget me...im still out here
