Just got off the phone with a representative from a local call centre; apparently my resume had been forwarded along with my father's earlier today. (He's interested in a different job within the organization.)
It's interesting, to say the least. Full benefits after three months and a 10.25 to start; not great, but better than what I've got, and it'd be full-time to boot.

I'd agree, but only to an extent. I hate phones; always have, always will. I won't even lie about it. I just hate the fucking things, period. But I *do* enjoy servicing customers orally, and perhaps the opportunity to hang up on ranting malcontents is just what I want and need right now.
