These forums could use a 'Missed Connections' board. If there was such a board, I would post...
Just short of a week ago I got on a plane from California to NYC and thought my wildest dreams had come true when I saw you, an oh so handsome BHM in my row. Much to my dismay, we were seperated by another passenger...but fortunately, this other passenger was also quite friendly and I was able to talk a bit to you (over the head of said other passenger). You were so clever and sweet as you talked a bit about your job, the city you live in and your business in NY. I fell asleep for a bit on the plane, day dreaming about how I might bump into you in the baggage claim, tell you how gorgeous I thought you were and ask you out for a drink. When we landed and you got up out of your seat and reached up to the overhead bin to get your bag, I caught a glimpse of your tum peaking out from your shirt and I thought I might melt into my seat.
But because there is no Missed Connections board, I would love some advice from my fellow posters. I have always known that I liked bigger guys, but until recently I wasn't comfortable really acting on it. I did my very best to come on to this very attractive man I was on the plane with. I fished around to see if he was single...and I think I got good answer, 'single with two dogs'.
When we got off the plane I wished him well. I bumped into him in the baggage claim and gave him my very best "I am so interested in you" smile and wink...which was met with a luke warm half smile.
I am finding I am getting this sort of luke warm response from most of the BHMs I am casually coming onto...I'm 5'5" 115lb gal in her late twenties who hasn't had too many problems finding a date...but I am striking out when it comes to getting even the faintest amount of enthusiasm from these tasty BHMs I have been running into lately. This particular man on the plane was so cute and sweet and funny...Help!
