The deputy chief of the Fresno Police Department and other Fresno PD officers have been arrested on federal drug trafficking charges.

One of the officers arrested was a purported criminal street gang expert (Officer Randy Flowers). Guess he got his information first hand. But seriously Fresno County sent scores of young brown and black men to prison for long periods based on this guy's testimony (including several of my clients). I really hope those cases are reopened.
