A couple of years ago I ordered roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day from 1-800-Flowers, from their website. Well, Valentine's Day came and went, and no flowers. Emails to them went unanswered. Finally, six days after Valentine's Day, a box with terminally wilted flowers was delivered via UPS Ground! UPS GROUND!
I complained, vehemently, but to no avail. Eventually, I got an email thanking me for ordering from 1-800-Flowers, and how satisfied was I with their service? Six weeks later I got an apology, with an offer to get 10% off on my next purchase from 1-800-Flowers. Like that would ever happen.
