I love muffins. The never ending variety of flavors, warmed, grilled, buttered, or topped with cream cheese. mmmmm.
However, I've noticed that in the last few years that these delightful little treats have become more difficult to enjoy. I used to be able to eat them on the go, but now I find that they are usually more crumbly and require a fork. I don't know if it's because they are making them bigger, or with less lard (whatever the right word is).
I still love muffins, but it makes me sad that they are, for me, no longer an on-the-go treat.
Any other lovers of these fabulous tasty breakfast treats?
