That Guy You Met Once

This is my first WG story proposal. In fact, it's the first story of any kind I've taken beyond the hazy mental phase in a while.
Much longer than I'd planned for, but just tell me what you think of it.

An ordinary suburb.
Matt is a pudgy, introverted, 18-year with nerd glasses and an arduous minimum-wage job.
One day on the bus, he meets a quiet and polite BBW named Sara from the coffee place next door. She's five years his elder, and starts talking to him mainly out of courtesy, but after a while they form a shaky friendship.
Being a pudgy, introverted, 18-year old - Matt takes the obvious route trying to get into her pants. Memorizing a few shitty lines off the internet, he tries his best to play it cool around her, but she sees right though him and laughs it off.
Later, she approaches him after work and teases him a bit about his awful game. He wants to curl into a fetal position, but she has a sense of humor about it, and kind of likes his real personality. To his astonishment, she asks him if he's an FA. "But if you don't know what it means, I'm not telling you..."
He says yes, and before leaving, she slips him a scrap of paper...
That Friday night, Matt ends up in front of a plain townhouse, with the cake she asked him to bring her. A chubby girl - but not the one he's here for - invites him in, where he finds something he never expected.
Several people of both genders, instead of the lone woman he thought lived here, are staring at him with confused looks on their faces. Most of them are about college age, but of all styles and body types. He feels like a gate-crasher, and wonders if she stood him up.
To his relief, Sara comes out of her room to greet him. She's wearing a dress that makes him hit a high note, but has a smug smirk on her face. She's not her normal, demure self. Naturally, he wonders what the hell is going on.
A few years ago, she explains, back when she was closeted and self-conscious about her looks, she used to hang around fetish sites.
There, she ran into a few people with her tastes, who were as isolated as she was. Over a few years, they found a few people in the area willing to meet, and a strange kind of club was formed. Every Friday, they get together at one member's house to spend the night, share food, and have all kinds of bizarre "fun."
"If you want to back out" - she coos, ominously - "feel free, anytime."
But why would he want to? At first, he thinks he's found heaven... But he was never told that the "club's" members have an attitude towards newcomers that would make a Rocky Horror fan gape - and the FFAs in the group look forward having a fat, geeky kid to play with. Soon, Matt is stripped down to his underwear and bound to a chair - being force-fed to the point of pain, spanked, and literally slapped around by the girls of the "club," while both genders stand over him, laugh at him, and call him every fat-insulting name they can think of.
Except for one person. All the while, Sara just sits silently in front of him, smiling placidly and eating his cake...

...And yeah. I have homework to do. I think this post, being only a summary, is long enough.
Not quite erotica, but close at times. Basically, the series would be an indefinite length series, where we get to know the various members of the "club," and see them gain, form relationships, indulge their FA-y kinks, and go through their lives.
I can flesh it out into either a story or a comic.
I have the drawing skills to make a decent pen(cil) and paper comic, but I'm not sure if I have the time or the patience for both the writing & the drawing.
On the other hand, I want to have pictures...
