I've sincerely decided it is in best interest for me, personally, to have Gastric Bypass Surgery. In a few weeks I'll have my appointment to be given my surgery date. I just wanted to share my decision.

I'm very positive about this major life event in my life, and I appreciate my friends here at Dimensions.
